My Signature massage (full body massage) which I usually recommend for a first session is a Lomi Lomi combine with a Deep Tissue technique. You will get 2 in 1- deep therapeutic touch where you need it (shoulders, lower back, glutes, calves)and relaxing, smooth moves all around your body from a Lomi Lomi style.
Deep Tissue Massage
Deep Tissue (Full body massage focus on neck, shoulders, lower back, glutes, hamstrings and calves) is used to break up scar tissue and break down muscle adhesions. I love showing my patients how just one treatment can make an enormous difference to their health. In my Deep Tissue massage I use techniques from Lomi Lomi, to make it more special and unique.

Lomi Lomi Massage
Lomi Lomi is a relaxing Hawaiian massage. The massage involves long, flowing strokes using the practitioner’s hands, forearms, and elbows. These movements are designed to mimic the natural rhythms of the ocean, promoting a sense of deep relaxation and flow within the body.

My story began almost 20 years ago, when my whole life changed suddenly due to serious back problems. For many years I was seeking help. I visited numerous doctors and physiotherapists and nobody could help me. Everything changed when I decided to do massage course. Thanks to some of the techniques I learned, I managed to help myself after all these years. Now it become my passion which I share with others in order to help them with their problems.
